In order to get the InfoMover project going forward, I have enlisted the help of someone who is not currently a committer on the Avalon project. He is a co-author with me, and he needs to be able to make changes to the source code directly.
As a result I am moving the InfoMover code out of Avalon-apps and putting it in a repository where the two of us can work on it. It is not meant to slight the Avalon community, nor should it be taken that way. It is merely the practicalities of just getting it done in a short period of time.
