In jakarta-avalon-site/docs/pmc/ there's a PMC-VOTING-PROCEDURES.txt, (http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-avalon-site/docs/pmc/PMC-VOTI NG-PROCEDURES.txt) but the voting procedures talk about a "Avalon PMC Policies and Procedures" document.
I intend to create such a document and delete the PMC-VOTING-PROCEDURES document.
