dist_noinst_MANS

Hi all,

Currently Automake accepts happily such a variable name, but it does not use it 
(the files are not dist'ed).  I agree EXTRA_DIST is fine, but I'm used to being 
able to use dist_noinst_* as a kind of over-specification.
