Use @DATADIR@ in glpegsolitaire.desktop.in and put this in your makefile:
glpegsolitaire.desktop: $(srcdir)/glpegsolitaire.desktop.in
sed 's:@DATADIR@:$(datadir):' $(srcdir)/glpegsolitaire.desktop.in >
glpegsolitaire.desktop.in
