Automake 1.9.6?

Is an automake 1.9.6 release planned? 

It has been four months since 1.9.5.  The main reason that I am asking 
is since that release would have the new FSF address included in the 
copyright headers of generated distributed files yet our project is 
supposed to stick with the currently released autotools.
