It is mostly proposed patches and they are posted here for discussion. But
I agree that it may be better to have a separate list.

It should be [EMAIL PROTECTED] for consistency with Autoconf. By
the way, it's not binaries, it's Perl code. Sometimes they look
confusingly similar :-)
