I tried 'make dist' and it failed on something else (tried to copy a
built script from the source hierarchy). I've never used "make dist"
before so I'm not really sure what it's supposed to do, and how I am
supposed to support it in the Makefile.ams. I'll try again later,
maybe set up a fake, more "standard", project that skips a couple of
directory levels...
