Not at the moment. Is it something that people would like? It would
involve changing _AC_INIT_PARSE_ARGS to make unadorned --help do the
assignment ac_init_help=$ac_init_help_default instead of the current
ac_init_help=long; plus code to set ac_init_help_default and adjust the
long --help output to display the default for the given package.
