Where were you looking?  I found it rather quickly, starting from the
home page, http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/, where I see:

| For general Autoconf discussions, use autoc...@gnu.org.

In that sentence, the "autoconf@gnu.org" text is a hyperlink to:

http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/autoconf/

From there, you can easily find the archives, at:

http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/autoconf/

But maybe it would make sense to rewrite the home page along these lines:
