I remember I've been told that CVS was unable to nicely cope with
removed directories.  I remember I had to `cvs update --something' so
that the testsuite/ does not show up, someone told me that.

If there is a means to have this cleaner, please do it, I don't know
what to do (or are you saying I should `cvs update -d', then cvs
remove depth first?).
