Given the dates on the files, I think the latest version is the
one in the Feedback folder.
Sometimes the files show more recent dates on the website than
their actual publication date because someone (usually me) has
done something on the website that has changed the date shown on
the site, but in this case the date on the file in the Published
folder is earlier than the date on the file in the Feedback
folder, so I think the one in Feedback is more recent.
