We have a folder on the OOoAuthors site for User How-Tos &
Tutorials, so you could put it there for review and editing.

Published How-Tos are at the moment put on the OOo Documentation
Project's website, though the process for submitting them there
(through the cumbersome IssueTracker system) may be supplemented
or superceded by a plan to put all such items on the OOo wiki.
Whatever happens at that end, we can make How-tos available on
our website (as we do with the user guides that also go to Docs).
Meanwhile, for reviewing, commenting, editing: put it in that
folder I mentioned above, and "Submit" it for review.
