Leo,I just regenerated the 6x9 book with hyperlinks activated in the ToC, and replaced the one on the OOoAuthors site with the new one. I hope nothing went wrong somewhere else in the book; I didn't take the time to check all the pages. Let me know if you find any problems. Every time I open the book and make a change, something seems to go wrong somewhere, for reasons I do not at all understand!
