says he may yet come back, but has no time now. I have been
maintaining these chapters in his absence, but someone else
should probably take over.
Ch11 (Templates) - Alan Madden, haven't heard from him for
awhile; I have been maintaining that chapter in his absence, but
someone else should probably take over.
Ch13 (Master Docs) - Scott Rhoades, still around AFAIK.
Others are all listed for either you (Gary) or me. BTW, I am
happy for all of the chapters under my name to be taken over by
someone else.
