andybz [1] filed a deletion request for python-shade [2]: The package tests no longer pass with Python 3.13, and I don't think it makes sense to fix them.
From the README at https://github.com/openstack/shade/ shade has been superceded by openstacksdk and no longer takes new features. The existing code will continue to be maintained indefinitely for bugfixes as necessary, but improvements will be deferred to openstacksdk.
