For the last few hours, many users from Turkey—including myself—have reported issues in accessing to the AUR. After realizing that it had been accessible with a VPN, we have checked out local government blocklists (<https://www.usom.gov.tr/adres> and <https://internet.btk.gov.tr/sitesorgu/>) where the aur.archlinux.org subdomain is not listed. And, a government block in Turkey would not return ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED either, it would be a landing page. I am suspecting a misconfiguration on server-side. Can anyone check it?
