Currently an exciting new latex package is developed, rdfref, that allows to generate dependency graphs for theorem, lemmas but also for equations. See https://github.com/michal-h21/rdfref In order to work, the --shell-escape option is needed (I can provide an example if needed, but you can also find the discussion in the issue section of this repository) Be it as it may the required syntax is: lualatex --shell-escape --output-dir=build test-complete.tex Now, Auctex supports lualatex of course and the output-dir option also, but I can't find anything about the shell-escape option. I might add my own command if needed, but I am curious to see, whether there is something I have not spotted.
