Whenever there's a new commit when the cron job on the ELPA machine runs (every 6 hours, I think), there will be a new ELPA-devel auctex release. A new ELPA release is done whenever the Version: header changes. There are 2 ELPA archives: ELPA is configured in Emacs out of the box, and Arash gave you the instructions to add the ELPA-devel archive. Bye, Tassilo
