Improve query for \newtheorem macro
* latex.el (LaTeX-completion-function-map-alist-cr): Add mapping
entry for `TeX-arg-environment'.
(LaTeX-common-initialization): Replace `TeX-arg-eval' with
alternative code for the "newtheorem" entry. Also query for the
title of the new environment.
