[atomic-devel] FYI - Fedora 25 Issue: docker pulling images from gcr.io

This is affecting the stable version of docker and thus is affecting atomic 
host 
(i.e. if you pull containers from gcr.io you can't run kubernetes.)

docker is not properly pulling gcr.io images
