This also rolls in security updates from CentOS base, such as the kernel and openssl. This is the second release of the "new" promotion model from the "continuous" -> "alpha", and things seemed to work fine, but let us know (as an issue on https://github.com/CentOS/sig-atomic-buildscripts/ ) if you see any problems.
