You have some options enabled that I didn't. I added all the options I was missing and it seems to be running OK. It will take some time to know if the problem is gone but I will report back. I notice some of these options (ex. sls_shift or inr_if_no_calling) are not in the sample chan_dahdi.conf. Anyone know where I can find descriptions of these or a full list of ss7 configuration options? I searched wiki.asterisk.org and google with no luck. Thank you! Is that a call that lasted for several days, since the dates would suggest it. Anyway, the HDLC errors and MTP problems may be your bigger worries then the forwarding of frametype 2 at the moment.
