Hello Deepika Which card you are using sangoma or digium? if still your configuration doesn't work what Mesbah told, you can try a loop test with those card. just configure 2 SS7 link for 2 E1 on your asterisk box and connect your 1st to 2nd E1 with cross cable.See if the 2 links up at both ss7 link.
