Added ISUP T8 and T24 continuity related timers. The suggested ITU values are:
isup_timer.t8 = 10000 isup_timer.t27 = 240000 We don't loop the previous circuit if it is used (race condition, we allocate the cic and the other party ask a loop on it in IAM on the next circuit). the new continuity stuff is tested on Ericsson AXE switch. Regards, Attila
