Hi,
Can you guys tell me which Asterisk 1.6 version with zaptel support work with
the latest libss7's trunk library ?
The reason behind I am asking is that I have couple of installations where I am
using Digium's TC400 transcoder cards for g.729 and g.723 codecs support. The
driver for this card ( wctc4xxp, dahdi_transcode ) are installed as part of
DAHDI. I am having lot of problems with this driver garbled g.723 call quality.
Sometimes whole machine freezes with error related to DAHDI transcoder. Digium
acknowledges the problem and has been working on a fix for last two months!
Meanwhile my idea is to use Zaptel and install the required drivers from zaptel.
