Hello all, I have a request from a telco operator wanting to deploy an IVR system. I am thinking of using asterisk to achieve this. The asterisk server will be connected to a Huwawie switch and calls are piped from this switch into asterisk. Asterisk would be responsible for one thing, to playback IVR entries. Upon key presses from caller, the switch will take care in redirecting the call to huntgroups consisting of lines connected to switch.
