Is that some way to set default callerid (eg. if I send empty) in sip.conf?
or I have to do by dial plan eg:
exten => X.,1,SetCallerId(${CALLERID})
exten => _X.,n,GoToIf($["${CALLERIDNUM}" = " "]?4)
exten => _X.,n,SetCallerID(some number)
exten => _X,n,Dial(${TRUNK_SS7}${EXTEN}
