Hello all, We are posting a $599 bug bounty on the following issue: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-28701
The gist of the bug is that whenever issuing a "core reload", the queue statistics on a per-agent basis get reset to 0. The per-agent statistics include # of calls taken, and the timestamp of the last call taken. This bug has existed since Asterisk 13. There is some information in the ticket that may prove useful when attempting to fix this bug. If you are interested, either comment on the issue or email me, and we'll work out the details. Thanks!
