One of our people had an email scored high due to From-missing. It's a
legit email from Microsoft's XBOX support team, but the from header is on 2
lines

From: Xbox Customer Support

<xbox_.hard.na.00.en.tpr.max.av.t01.spt.09...@css.one.microsoft.com>

there's a TAB at the start of the second line. I don't know if this is
legal or not, but Microosft's doing it or ASSP is inserting it. In any
case, ASSP isn't detecting the from line. Furthermore, it's also
complaining:
X-Assp-Message-Score: 8 (MX missing:
xbox_.hard.na.00.en.tpr.max.av.t01.spt.09...@css.one.microsoft.com
even though there is a valid mx record for css.one.microsoft.com

Should ASSP be able to decipher this 2 line header as one? Is something
else going on?

(why someone is using their work email for xbox is another story)

thanks
