Thanks for chiming in Thomas! Silverpop Systems is a a big mailing company that is now part of IBM. And it's American Airlines that they're sending for. It's hard to believe that these giants they would have DNS errors, but it sure seems like they do. The next time I see this I'll add the IP that they're sending from to debugIP and get you a log. I feel like there shouldn't be ANY external misconfiguration that should be able to break ASSP, otherwise malicious people will start to take advantage....
