There seems to be exactly one record in HMMdb - this causes the error. Clean the HMMdb and run the rebuild.
This is a bug and will be fixed in the next release. Rebuild ran and processed 0MB of data so I’m guessing this has affected the database I have rebooted the server to clear the tmpfs and run the rebuild again but the same result. I’m running perl module updates now as a precaution with it being an ASSP specific error I’m not sure where else to start..
