Hi Colin, It's really frustrating because I'm using ASSP more than 7 years and it's the first time I can't start/use a new gateway... So I try a fresh new install with a KVM Ubuntu Xenial 16.04.2, and I installed assp from ASSP_2366_install.zip and the perl modules from a fresh mod_inst.pl.2.02.zip file. I confess that some CPAN modules don't compile: https://pastebin.score42.net/?449b2b3342f7ce7e#9Rxhqq5VujjXe+So0bibgf/wxtQfWsHpY3qt9S1RBJY= But I don't see a reason why it could interfere with the frontend (from my knowledge of course). Moreover the moduleLoadErrors.txt report also no error at startup. When I hit the GUI this is what happen on the ASSP process: Feb-13-17 09:34:57 [Main_Thread] Admin connection from user root on host 10.12.2.125:56086; page:/; session-ID:fb606d68a5fe7a4629ca78760721b617; here is the lsof of the running process: https://pastebin.score42.net/?e212a0abfd6bead3#OyxCruAnzBw/Ts4GuszZp5KTlkqKLZq8u6Lc7BXll0U= in the meantime I see in logs: Feb-13-17 09:35:58 [Worker_10000] Error: MainThread stuck for 61 seconds after: MainLoop WebRequest 2 (WP) - last debug step was: NoLoopSyswrite - write(60 IO::Socket::INET=GLOB(0x89a8778)): 'HTTP/1.1 200 OK Content-type: ' - 3046566! Which could indicate that something wrong happened during the admin request (just loading the main page). >From the browser perspective it took 68s to load 2.6MB. And after that I got always the issue with all JS actions. I've an high speed connexion between the KVM and my workstation. Right now I don't know if I can trust ASSP to handle correctly the SMTP part :( Any idea ?
