The "lowlimit" is a special case. While processing a mail, the score may
swing around this value. I'll fix this in the next release.

Hi Thomas,
accidently i came across in a "CCMail" source view that it contains the
same message 2 (some even 3) times, first with ASSP headers and
subsequently other(s) without. not always but often. as far as i see this
is the case only with "lowlimit" classified CCMails.
actual recipient receives it correctly as ASSP tagged only version. JFYI
