In proxy mode, assp does not care about the 8bitmime extension (except
'enable8BITMIME' is disabled but '8BITMIME' used by the peer) - the MTA
has to handle this.
But assp will set the internal '8bitmime' flag, if the mail contains
NONASCII characters (transfer encoding 8bit for example).
In client mode (resend,CC.. , ...) assp knows, that the original mail
contains NONASCII characters. Than assp uses EHLO and checks, if the MTA
announces the 8BITMIME extension.
If required but not announced, assp uses the hard way, if it is working as
a client - no delivery.
