That's helpful for those with decent e-mail clients. 

When GMU went to 2FA, they stopped supporting IMAP4 and POP3, allowing only m$ 
lookout, and it's very awkward to find specific header fields.

As with most mail lists, there's headers inside the mail itself
that tell you how to do stuff. Look for those starting "List-".

Also be aware that if you do go to Digest mode you won't easily
be able to reply to any single post with an email client, as
the discussion-threading references won't get updated for your
reply.
