ohhh.. is this how it was supposed to be. From the prev posts of KP I had thought he isn't a big fan of Amit. But I feel Abbas lyrics are good, though with simple words he plays around the words and places so well that it fits in to the bars of composition. I dont remember any of his lyrics where it was misspelt with tune. Though it is a bit difficult to recite I still love the way he uses the words. His lyrics aren't poetic like those of Gulzaar saab & Javed Akhtar but is perfect match for pop & AR's composition goes very well with it. No wonder Kabhi Kabhi aditi was very fast in picking up the pop lovers. Dont forget AR is the master of pops just like any other genres.
There are 2 good composers Amit & Mithoon who are very young and seem dependable. Given a right opportunity to score serious movies they would shine as well. Amit's work in "Aamir" was exceptional. Personally I don't like comparing creativity and its creators be it Amit / Mithoon / Rahul Raj / Deepak Dev / Yuvan / Harris / GVP... they are good in their own accord and it would be foolish to think they will replace AR or not.
