This is turning to be an interesting guessing game - ha..ha..Trying to guess the reason for sounds in an AR Rahman's song. Definitely it is to his credit that our expectations are set this way...:)
My guess - These are not supposed to be 'goat' bleats. As this song is an intro song for the robot character....these are sounds of other small robots in the lab.
