The lady starts singing about how the love started with a simple contact of the eye, and how that translates to the first feeling and eventually both the lovers come together. In response, the man says - amma thalle nooru muyyave - which literally means, ohh lady shut up. Amma thalle means "mother" but the context here is "ohh lady". shut up also is a loving shut up.....noti muchyalu jaaraniyake....means dont let the gems slip from your mouth...so again the polite and loving shut up... then this cycle continues between the lady and the man. In the following cycles a lot of similies are used to describe love...for example one of the lines goes like the the wind meets the rain clouds and rain falls, same way you touch my cheeks and they turn red because of shyness.......Hope this helps.
