Aishwarya ka Robot kab ayega?IndiaGlitz [Tuesday, July 06, 2010] Aishwarya’s most anticipated movie ‘Raavan’ just came and went by, without any fanfare. But fans of the diva are still hanging on her next south project along with superstar Rajnikanth, which is touted to be biggest, grandest and costliest of all.
Director S. Shankar’s mega-budget flick ‘Endhiran’ in Tamil and ‘The Robot’ in Hindi brings together the two star icons on screen for the first time. Although the movie is creating waves in the gossip columns, its release date is still unknown. It was expected to hit the screens in Diwali. But the latest buzz says that the film will come much later. Reason being that the film’s composer and music maestro AR Rahman has still got some pending works in the background score. Besides, rumour mills reveal that steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal is considering to take up the film’s overseas rights. But since the film’s release is not yet confirmed things are put on hold by the distributors. As the title suggests, ‘The Robot’ is a science-fiction film based on the story of a scientist and his discovery.
