Rahman, his family members and director Abbas Tyrewala visited Ameen Peer Dargah, known as Pedda Dargah, in Kadapa in the early hours of Thursday. The Rahman family visited the Dargah at 2.45 a.m., during the Gandham festival in the Urs-e-Shareef in the Dargah.Oscar winning music director A.R. The Rahman family visited the Dargah at 2.45 a.m., during the Gandham festival in the Urs-e-Shareef in the Dargah.Sajjad-e-Nasheen Hazrath Khwaja Syed Sha Arifullah Hussaini Mohammad Mohammed-ul Hussaini Chisti-ul-Khadri took them round the dargah and blessed them. Gandham was brought from the Sajjad-e-Nasheen's house amidst drumbeats and feats by a host of fakirs. He led the Malang Sha to the altar, where the latter took up a ceremonial fast. Sajjad-e-Nasheen Hazrath Khwaja Syed Sha Arifullah Hussaini Mohammad Mohammed-ul Hussaini Chisti-ul-Khadri took them round the dargah and blessed them.
