There was a huuge variation in volumes those days of cassettes, i meant it was crazy. Jeans tamil was hardly audible whereas jeans hindi was louder . Dil Se casette was mild and the CD volume is only gone higher over years.
Its is a market driven approach. My apprehension is if companies like T-series end up promoting MP3s, flash drives etc the we will only see a dip in fidelity . My doubt is that ARR sir create the audio in digital output even in that days of roja and the music production companies owns the original in digital format too. Then why such noises occur during reproducing of audio in CDs later. The worst i felt about volume level is with minsarakanavu and jeans.Iam forced to increase the volume to hear these albums. Thiruda thiruda was better compared to other two. Quality is there in all audios for sure.
