Hi all,
This is just another Rahmaniac. I have been following this group for a
long time. But have never been active. This is my first message.
So yes, Rahman has won the Oscars. That is it. Our dream has come true
last year. But many of us still feel its too late for the west to have
recognized him. But what would have happened if Roja's music was a success in
the US too when it was released. Just imagine where Rahman would be right now?
One such wild thought struck me which left me composing this message.
So here i have listed the soundtracks right from 1992 which would have
got him the oscars for sure. I have compiled this keeping in mind the following
aspects of the songs: popularity, global appeal, catchy, genres which the west
are familiar with. So please no offense if this list does'nt match any of your
