FICUS bags Puli rights too!
Baiju NT [December 9, 2009, 12:53:44 PM] Just a few days ago, leading
distribution company FICUS bagged the overseas rights of Samuthirakkani's
Sambho Siva Sambho (a remake of Tamil super hit Naadodigal). Now, it is said
that the company has also obtained the overseas rights (USA and Canada) of yet
another Telugu film Puli, starring Pawan Kalyan in the lead.
The shooting of Puli, being directed by S.J. Suryah (of Khushi fame)
with London-based model Nikisha Patel as heroine, is going on at a
brisk pace and the film will grace screens during the first half of
2010.
Puli is presented by S. Satyamurthi and produced by
Singamala Ramesh under the banner of Kanakaratna Movies. A.R. Rahman is
the music director. Cinematography is by Bollywood's Vinod.
