I am from trinidad. This country is the birth place of the soca and calypso genres. I am not a fan of soca at all, but have great respect in calypso. Would like to see Rahan do the calypso genre, it it unique, but must point out that what makes calypso in modern times inot so much the music but lyrics. so thats wher the true challenge lies.
