they don't usually include licensed music / songs from other movies or musicians in the Original Sound Track CD, because then it won't become Original Sound Track CD.
you might also remember when the Lord of War OST was released, AR Rahman's Bombay Theme was not included in the CD. some people like Quentin Tarantino are exceptions, as they only use borrowed / licensed music from other movies / composers / pop stars.. etc..
