Virtually all FM channels in Pune and Mumbai "discovered" Rahman yesterday and had a blast for the entire day playing Rahman songs back to back.
I travelled to and fro Pune-Mumbai yesterday so can confirm this for both the metro-cities. How was it in other cities ? One tongue-n-cheek comment from Rahman to a question by a RJ from Radio city..... This is not an ad-verbatim reproduction.... RJ Radio city - How does it feel to have all the media attention you have now 24X7 from TV channels and Radio networks ? Rahman - My sincere request to all these media people would be not to overdo it so much that it will irritate the viewers. I am sure soon people will say when they watch me on TV..."Oh, NO ! here he goes again....." I won't say that for sure...... Jai Ho ! Dinesh Vaidya Pune best regards
