T*his is the second time you are working with A R Rahman, following Rang De Basanti.* We have a wonderful understanding. He pays keen attention to the plot of a film and what a director's vision is. His music enhances a film in an invaluable way. *How important is music in your films?* Music is a key character of my films but I don't use the songs as most other directors do. I see no pleasure in making my characters, be they doctors, lawyers, police officers or gang leaders, burst into songs. *Would you change your mind about making your heroes, heroines and villains sing?* [Chuckles]. Sure I would -- if I am making a musical. But *Rang De Basanti* and *Delhi-6 *are not musicals. *What has it been like working with Amitabh, Aamir and Rahman?* I admire their dedication to their craft. Some of their dedication and professionalism surely has rubbed off on to me. I am looking forward to working with them again, and surely with many of the artists in my new film. *What are the movie projects you are working on?* I am working on two scripts. One is a romantic story which is yet a tragedy. And then there is a mythical thriller. I haven't yet made up my mind regarding the cast and crew.
