IMHO, u are not promoting piracy as long as you are keeping the downloaded songs for yourself and not generating money for the websites you download from. But most important is that you buy original cds and get rid of the mp3 ASAP LOL....

BUT i do all my best to get the cds Music companies should better take their responsibilities and take legal actions against online piracy and do better promotion of cd/dvds.
