Noticed a trend of fewer songs per release lately, with a few exceptions. This could be part of a general bollywood trend, director's wishes, etc., but I wonder if the rampant downloading without paying issue may have something to do with this? I know that the downloading problem is something that ARR and most musicians frown on for obvious reasons.
And this may not even be the decision of Rahman, the director, or any other MD, just the music companies. Not sure about this.
