I think Vijay could be meaning that when HJ was working under ARR, it was ARR who was telling HJ what to do and HJ was doing just that. So, ARR was sort of helping (assisting) HJ do his assigned work. Please clarify, Vijay. You probably used "assist" in a way that it is not normally understood to mean. Thanks. -- Rawat
